First Annual Breaston Community Champion
At this year’s Annual Parish Meeting, we had hoped to crown the first Breaston Community Champion. Unfortunately, our nominee was unable to attend, so we tracked him down on Thursday while he was out on a sunny Speedwatch session on Risley Lane.
Through his remarkable commitment to litter picking every single day of the year, he has helped keep our village tidy, welcoming, and well cared for, for everyone who lives in and visits Breaston. Come rain or shine, ill health or adversity, nothing keeps him off the streets in his dedication to making a difference.
In addition, as a valued member of the Speed Watch Road Safety Group, his efforts to promote safer roads and look out for fellow residents reflect a wonderful sense of civic duty and community spirit.
With sincere appreciation and gratitude, we are proud to celebrate his outstanding contribution and recognise him as a true Breaston Community Champion. Thank you Clive!
