Breaston Cemetery is a member of BRAMM registration scheme  this enables us to fulfil our duties in providing safe burial grounds for anyone visiting and working within them.

We require all Memorial Masons wishing to carry out work in the cemetery, including the installation, maintenance and cleaning of memorials, to be on the BRAMM register (or equivalent i.e. NAMM) and at least one BRAMM licensed fixer to be present whenever work is being carried out.

The Cemetery Chapel is open to visitors on Easter Sunday, Mothering Sunday, Fathers’ Day and on the Sunday prior to Christmas Day.  It can also be visited by appointment  or booked for interment services - please contact the Parish Council on 01332 870119 or e-mail clerk@breastonparishcouncil.gov.uk if you wish to arrange this. Unfortunately since the flooding to the cemetery at the end of 2019 the chapel has been out of use, we are working hard to deal with the issues and will reopen the building as soon as we possibly can.

All enquiries concerning the Cemetery should be directed to the Parish Clerk.
