Annual Parish Meeting

What is the Annual Parish Meeting?

All parishes, whether or not they have a parish council, hold a meeting once a year to discuss the affairs of the parish.  It is an opportunity for the Parish Council to report on what it's been up to during the year, for borough and county councillors and village organisations to make presentations, and for villagers to raise any concerns they may have.

When and Where is it Held?

The Annual Parish Meeting is normally held in the Parish Meeting Room, Blind Lane Breaston in April of each year.

Due to the Restrictions on movement imposed by the Government it was not possible to hold the Annual Parish Meeting 2020 - the meeting will hopefully be held once more in 2021.
