Most people are great at picking up after their dogs, thank you. Unfortunately, a small number still aren’t, and it only takes a few to leave our paths, verges and green spaces unpleasant for everyone else. It often gets worse in the darker mornings and evenings, when some people think no one is watching… but we all notice the mess that’s left behind.
