Speedwatch Update

Another worthwhile session with the Speed Watch Team this morning. Despite the promise of a soaking, the rain held off and we were able to monitor 217 vehicles travelling eastbound on Draycott Road.

Details of four vehicles travelling at a considerable margin over the speed limit have been passed to the Community Speed Watch Team at Derbyshire Constabulary.

We hope the resulting letters will have the desired effect and encourage those drivers to slow down and help keep everyone using the road safer. 🚗💨
